Who qualifies?
Active US FFL holders (Type 01, 02, 03, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11). We verify FFL status during onboarding. We are not a fit for prospective dealers without an FFL or for non-firearm retailers.
What's on every tier, and what's tier-specific?
Every plan includes the full website, in-store POS, ATF Bound Book, signed 4473 + NICS workflow, FFL checkout, payments, Stamps.com shipping, CRM, sales analytics — plus an unlimited catalog and unlimited distributor feeds. Professional adds native QuickBooks Online sync, the AI content suite, CRM AI Assistant, TriggerMailAI automation, advanced GunBroker integration, and SEO tools. Enterprise adds white-label branding, StoreFront AI design, and API access. On Starter you can add QuickBooks sync, CRM AI Assistant or StoreWriter AI for $29/mo each.
How does payment processing work?
Payment processing is included on every plan for both website checkout and the in-store register, and your merchant account, rates and statements stay yours. Card data is tokenized in the customer's browser, so raw card numbers never touch FFL Stack. We'll walk through the right setup for your shop during onboarding.
Is there a catalog or distributor limit?
No. Every plan includes an unlimited product catalog and unlimited distributor connections, with no per-feed fees. We confirm supported feed compatibility during onboarding.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Customer list, order history, product catalog, and Bound Book records are exportable as CSV or PDF at any time. If you cancel, your data remains downloadable for 30 days.
Which plan includes the QuickBooks sync?
Native QuickBooks Online sync is included on Professional and Enterprise at no extra cost. Connect your QuickBooks company, map your GL accounts, and orders, refunds, customers, products and POs sync automatically. On Starter you can add it for $29/mo, so you can keep your books clean without moving up a tier before you're ready.
Do I need a separate POS for my counter?
No. FFL Stack ships a full POS — registers, shifts, cashier permissions, barcode/UPC/SKU/MPN scan, NICS-aware 4473 flow, and shared inventory with your online store. POS sales decrement the same stock your website sells from. Included on every plan.
What about migration from my current platform?
Coreware, Gearfire, AmmoReady, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce are all supported. Hand us your credentials; we move products, customers, orders, and Bound Book records. Website design happens in parallel, and your current site keeps selling until you approve the new one.
How is support handled?
Starter: email support. Professional: priority email and chat. Enterprise: a dedicated rep with 4-hour response and phone support. All tiers include onboarding support during migration.
