Davidson's was founded in 1932, in the depths of the Great Depression, and has been distributing firearms out of Prescott, Arizona ever since. Their firearms focus dates to the 1950s and many of their manufacturer relationships span decades.

They are probably best known to the buying public through Gallery of Guns, their consumer-facing site that sends shoppers to a local FFL holding Davidson's inventory — a genuinely useful source of walk-in traffic for the dealers who stock them.

Davidson's also backs every firearm they sell with a lifetime warranty, which is a real selling point to put in front of a customer standing at your counter.
